 CQ currently services all models of Shimadzu LCMS as well as GCMS systems. We also now service Sciex 4000, 5000, 4500, 5500, and 6500 systems. We also can support Shimadzu and Agilent HPLC systems. We pride ourselves on better response times and flexible solutions for the laboratory. We customize our service to your needs. All our staff is cross-trained in both hardware maintenance and application support. This keeps you from getting caught in a blame game triangle between your service team and your application specialist. It doesn't matter what the problem is. We will help you address it.
